HOLISTIC CAREER COACHING: FIND YOUR BALANCE
I offer a heart-centered, solution-focused approach to shifting and transforming difficult issues in your career and life. My role as is to help my clients set goals, create an action plan to achieve those goals, break negative patterns and habits, and replace them with healthy ones that sever them.

At HIW Coaching, I work with clients to better understand their current experiences (how they got there) and empower them to create a different experience. We help clients follow through with their goals by offering support, accountability, encouragement, and guidance.

my role as a holistic career coach
We will help you assess major areas of life — health and wellness, career, spiritual, finance, and love/relationships — and get clear on new habits you want to create. Through the transformative power of coaching, I then help you turn those new habits into automated routines.

The relationship between coach and client is a collaborative partnership in which the relationship continually seeks to empower the client. I do not provide all the answers for you, because I believe that you hold the answers to the challenges you may be facing in your professional development or career transition — even if the answers appear to be hidden, muddled, or obscured.

My skills as career coach rest in knowing the right questions to ask to empower my clients and bring the answers from within to light, expanding the menu of choices available to you to create what you desire.
My aim is to get to know you intimately by listening closely, asking pointed questions intended to help you gain clarity, and observing your behavior, thoughts, and actions. I serve as unbiased observer, identifying patterns and limiting beliefs that could be hampering your decision-making and hindering growth.
Ultimately, I help you master habits through our 5-Step process:
Judy is a responsive and caring professional, dedicated to helping those she works with achieve career and life goals. She goes above and beyond to help.
