The most effective way to create an impactful resume that attracts hiring managers and significantly improves your odds of landing an interview to draw attention to your professional accomplishments.



Tips to help you identify your accomplishments:


  • What were some complex problems you solved?

  • How did you help diffuse a potentially explosive situation?

  • In what ways did you help your company or department save on time or money?

  • What targeted goals did you exceed?

  • What were some major projects you assisted with?


Make sure to use accomplishments that are relevant to what an employer is looking for, and quantify them using metrics (e.g. numbers, dollar amounts, percentages, time, etc.) to help employers visualize your potential impact to the company.
